Shipping Information

We provide FREE shipping for all of our products in the continental U.S.A. Don't waste money on shipping when we deliver to your door for FREE. Enjoy same day shipping in most cases! - Orders placed by 2:00 pm EST on regular business days generally ship that day. Any orders placed on weekdays after 2:00 pm EST, on a weekend, or on a holiday will ship the next business day. Copper sinks and bathtubs are usually shipped between 24 - 72 hours.

We use UPS shipping services for all of our stainless steel sinks and copper sinks, and Freigt for Copper Bathtubs.

Our Free Shipping is standard UPS ground and regular Freight, 3-7 business days. For expedited shipping requests, Please contact us.

Orders to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Purto Rico

Extra shipping charge and special arrangement are required to ship to these area. Please contact us for these requests.

Returns and Exchanges

MySinksandFaucets will accept any and all damaged or defected products 7 business days after the product has been delivered. Please inspect the product within this timeline and call 866-787-4657 to report any damage or defect. Damaged or defected product will be replaced and/or refunded at no cost to you at the time the report is made. After 7 business days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for any return or refund.

For Copper sinks and Bathtubs: Due to the size and weigt of the Copper sinks and Bathtubs, any return or refund request other than product being damaged or defected will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return your products, just follow these simple steps:

1. Call our offices at 866.787.4657 during normal business hours and explain that you wish to make a return, and the reason for the return.  You will receive a Return Authorization Number.
2. Write the Return Authorization number down in large print on a piece of paper and place it in the top of the box with the product.  You can also write it somewhere on the outside of the box.
3. Item must be returned in original condition, in the original packaging, undamaged, and never installed. Ship the box back to this address:

4. When the product arrives, it will be examined and we will issue the appropriate refund to your credit card.

It is important that you follow the steps above.  To ensure that you get your refund, do not send product back without a return authorization number! We will only accept returns that arrive to us with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by us prior to shipping. Upon satisfaction of these requirements, we will process payment forr your refund within 5 days.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

We will replace without charge, (excluding labor) any sink supplied by MySinksandFaucets.com that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement, during the life of the product, to the original owner. The products must have been used solely in a residential application and installed correctly, used and cleaned as recommended, and not damaged due to abuse, misuse, or negligence. (In the event of a warranty claim, the owner will be required to provide proof of purchase MySinksandFaucets.com order number and email.)

This warranty will not cover any damages which might be caused by the product.

We reserve the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink. All decisions are final. Replacement cost EXCLUDES transportation and any labor costs for the removal or reinstallation.

MySinksandFaucets.com shall not be liable in case of:

• Damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects
• Improper care or maintenance
• Improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals,photographic solutions, etc.)
• Improper installation/modification
