Shipping Information

Starting September 1. 2011, all orders within continental U.S will incur a non refundable flat Shipping and Handling fee of $4.95.

Enjoy same day shipping in most cases! - Orders placed by 2:00 pm EST on regular business days generally ship that day. Any orders placed on weekdays after 2:00 pm EST, on a weekend, or on a holiday will ship the next business day. Copper sinks and bathtubs are usually shipped between 24 - 72 hours.

We use UPS shipping services for all of our stainless steel sinks and copper sinks, and Freight for Copper Bathtubs.

Our flat rate standard Shipping is UPS ground and regular Freight, 3-7 business days. For expedited shipping requests, Please contact us.

For customer designed sinks, expect 10-14 business days for delivery.

Shipping Cost for Copper Sinks

Due to the weight and size of the copper sinks, a flat shipping charge of $85 will be added to shipment within domestic continental states. More for other region and Canada. Please call or email for detail and quote.

Orders to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

Yes, we do ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Extra shipping charge and special arrangement are required to ship to these area. Please contact us for these requests.

We charge a flat fee of $75 shipping to Canada for most of our sinks. Specialty sinks, Farm Sinks, Copper Sinks, or larger sinks can cost more. Please contact us for a quote. Except extra shipping cost, custom tax and brokerage fee may also apply.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept  return.  Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unused condition (including all packaging and tags). You will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs.

Return from Canada

We will have to collect $25 custom fee for any return from Canada.

For Copper sinks and Bathtubs: Due to the size and weight of the Copper sinks and Bathtubs, any return or refund request other than product being damaged or defected will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.

Custom designed copper sinks or bathtubs are NOT returnable or refundable unless it is a factory defect.

Return Policy and Procedures:

Your Purchase:
We are sure you will be very satisfied with your purchase, as all of our products are made from the highest quality materials to give you a lifetime of hassle free service.  All of our stainless steel is 304 Series 18/10 CrNi, we carry each of our models in 16, 18, and 20 gauge; and all of our Copper sinks are made of 16 or 18 gauge, so you know you have the best in the industry.

Received Damaged- If your package was received damage, you must contact us immediately so that we can make proper arrangements with the delivery company.  Please call us at 866-787-4657.

Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return your products, just follow these simple steps:

1. Call our offices at 866-787-4657 during normal business hours and explain that you wish to make a return, and the reason for the return.  You will receive a Return Authorization number. If you call for a return and it is past 7 business days after the day of receipt of your item there will be a 20% restocking fee applied
2. All items being returned from Canada are susceptible to a $25 Customs fee.
3. Any Copper Items being returned from in the US or Canada will have a 20% restocking fee; with the exception of factory defects or items damaged during shipping.
4. Write the Return Authorization number down in large print on a piece of paper and place it in the top of the box with the product.  You can also write it somewhere on the outside of the box.
5. The product MUST be shipped back at purchasers’ expense in the original packaging to this address.  You may wish to insure the product and send it back via an insurable service like UPS as damaged items are not eligible for refund.

6. When the product arrives, it will be examined and we will issue the appropriate refund to your credit card. Product must be received in unused, and in re-sellable condition.

All returned products have to be uninstalled/unused. No used/installed products will be eligible for refund.  It is important that you follow the steps above.  Do not contact the shipper of the products, or the warehouse they were shipped from.  To ensure that you get your refund, do not send product back with out a return authorization number!

Limited Lifetime Warranty on Stainless Steel Sinks

All of our stainless steel sinks are backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

We will replace without charge, (excluding labor) any stainless steel sink supplied by MySinksandFaucets.com that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement, during the life of the product, to the original owner. The products must have been used solely in a residential application and installed correctly, used and cleaned as recommended, and not damaged due to abuse, misuse, or negligence. (In the event of a warranty claim, the owner will be required to provide proof of purchase MySinksandFaucets.com order number and email.)

This warranty will not cover any damages which might be caused by the product.

We reserve the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink. All decisions are final. Replacement cost EXCLUDES transportation and any labor costs for the removal or reinstallation.

MySinksandFaucets.com shall not be liable in case of:

• Damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects
• Improper care or maintenance
• Improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals,photographic solutions, etc.)
• Improper installation/modification
• Commercial application

Limited Warranty for Copper Products (Copper Sinks, Bathtubs, Table Tops, etc)

All of our copper products come with “1 YEAR Warranty”.

Mysinksandfaucets will replace without charge, (excluding labor and shipping) any copper sink supplied by us that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement, within the specified appropriate period from date of purchase, to the original owner, provided it has been used solely in a residential application and installed in accordance with the installation instructions, used and cleaned as recommended, and not damaged due to abuse, misuse, or negligence.

We offer a warranty for defects in workmanship and/or materials.

Warranty does not extend to items that are physically damaged under abnormal operating conditions as a result of misuse.

Warranty does not extend to items that are damaged due to improper installation.

Warranty on copper sinks apply's to the structure only, not the finish. Leaving acidic foods, chemicals, cleaning products etc. can remove the finish.

Warranty on copper products does not apply to changes in the finish due to the natural process of copper that patinas.

Please be aware that all rustic sinks, kitchen sinks and tubs have a finish that is by nature uneven and variable in color and pattern. Since our copper products have a living finish, the finish is not covered under this warranty. In addition, the dimensions and consistency of shape can vary considerably.

Due to the intrinsic nature of our handcrafted product and artisan process variations in dimensions, color, texture, hue, hammering uniformity and finishes are expected and not considered defects. D`MySiniksandFaucets.com offers no warranty with respect to the finishes on the products, as the finishes naturally change over time.

Copper is also malleable. Materials that are malleable can be hammered or stretched or rolled into various shapes with relative ease, while still maintaining their strength. Some metals, like copper, are also ductile, which means they are flexible. Should your sink arrive with a bent edge, it can be hammered back into position with little effort. Use a wooden or rubber mallet to straighten any edges that may have been altered in shipping.

The tolerance of our sinks is +/-  1/4", kitchen sinks is +/- 1/4", and for our bathtubs it is +/-0.5".
This warranty will not cover any damages which might be caused by the product. (Some states do not allow such limitation, so this reference may not apply to you.)
